Take Control of Your Vascular Health with ABI Testing!

At Royal Visiting Physicians, ABI testing is prescribed only for eligible patients following an assessment by our healthcare providers.

An Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI )is a non-invasive test that helps evaluate blood flow to the legs and may help identify potential circulation problems or risk for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD).

ABI Testing Can Help With:
• Early detection of circulation concerns
• Identifying risk for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)
• Supporting personalized care based on each patient’s needs

Our providers assess each patient individually to determine whether ABI testing is appropriate as part of their overall care plan.

Sometimes, care is more than a phone call.

After being a familiar voice on the phone, Nurse Michele had the opportunity to meet Ms. Lowe in person and stop by to check in on her as one of our CCM/RPM patients. Putting a face to the name and voice meant so much to her.

When our team is out in the community for ABI screenings, deployments, or other visits, we also take the opportunity to stop in and check on some of our CCM/RPM patients. It may only be a handful each week, but these little moments of connection make a big difference.

Because caring for our patients isn't just about monitoring numbers—it's about knowing the person behind them.
