The Salazar Method develops your message by having you walk a path of self-assessment. It is my belief that "public speaking is not a skill to learn" but "the process of sharing your convictions." The Salazar Method is not based on public speaking

techniques; it is much more personal. My approach models the pattern of growth that I experienced within myself, and it was developed by analyzing my own process. Whether your goal is to promote a new project or change an industry, you must first identify the convictions that drive you and make them known. Now if you are honest about your firm beliefs and you have reconciled any internal conflicts they create, you will be in a much better place to engage with audiences because of the clarity and strength that you offer. By aligning your thoughts and actions with the convictions that drive you, you will find that your identity becomes stable and vision is your reward. Purpose now defines you and your your pitch is made clear. Whether you are speaking in an auditorium, boardroom, or talking to a group clients, your message becomes resilient to criticism and your words much more intimate. So before you speak to your own team or group of clients, ask yourself if you have conviction in your message. Does it define you, and are you willing to stand alone to defend it? And this is the symmetry in The Salazar Method: while you learn that conviction is your greatest source of strength and courage as a speaker and leader, the process forces you to question the authenticity of your own message.
