📣 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARTING MIDWEST TELNET/MWT EMAIL.
We want to clear up many questions we have received lately regarding MWT email service.
MWT will NEVER send you an email asking you to do something or telling you that your email account will be discontinued.
🚧I If you do receive an email like this, DO NOT CLICK ON ANY OF THE LINKS OR FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. It is likely a spam/junk email and may be an attempt to get you to click on something harmful. Always pay close attention to the sender's email address. You will likely find that it comes from a bonus name or address that has nothing to do with MWT.
❓ We have had questions about MWT ending email service on December 31, 2026. Currently, this does not affect Genuine Telecom customers or their MWT email account.
At some point in the future, due to the increased costs associated with MWT email, Genuine Telecom's free MWT email service will end. However, there is no need to Genuine Telecom customers to be concerned at this time.
If you want to be proactive, you could establish a different free email account now for use down the road. Visit the following websites to set up a free email account:
