I think she would rather be operating the excavator but Maci seems to be ok with helping plow driveways instead while we got snow on the ground.

This holiday season we'd love to see the faces of the small businesses around town! My parents started the sign business when my dad was young, but even before the business was officially a business my dad was making signs. My parents are gone now, but the business is run by myself, Alan, and our youngest daughter Mara. When you shop local at my family business, you're not supporting a CEO on their next vacation (I actually haven't been on a real vacation in 30+ years), you're supporting a family that gets excited about every single purchase. Spent a couple hours pulling some stumps yesterday. Not very often you get a sunny nice day in the middle of November so all the windows can be open in the cab and enjoy the day.
