I’ve put so much work into owning my own home care business. So many tears, so many what IF’s, going out and building relationships with places, and people have been the hardest for me. I’ve learned a lot on the business side of things and am still learning.
What I have Not Failed at is hiring caring employees that care for the elderly in the manner that I do. Pairing each employee with the right patient.
Each and every person is different. You must have compassion, patience and understanding of each person you come in contact with. Build trust with those patients, speak to them with clear communication and have lots of patience.
When a patient passes away Yes it’s sad. Then I think to myself she/he got to be at home. where they want to be, doing what they loved 🥰 because of Home Care. That makes my heart happy and makes me want to work just a little bit harder for the elderly.
If you know of elderly person that may need some help. The family/friend can call/text send a message through facebook messenger or the WhatsApp. 641-233-8976
