Long distance services should be returning to normal. Century Link has called us to say that they have restored the service but it may take a little while for everything to work properly. Please be patient. And be safe out there….it is hot, dry, smoky and gross!

I should have been more specific yesterday in the first post. Long distance in to us, is down. Long distance out is not working either. Our cell phones to our cell phones, works. Other carriers use the same long distance tandems that we do. So multiple carriers are affected. Century Link/Lumen has identified the issue and are working on it. Meanwhile the City of Huntington will be more than a week with out service of any kind. We are thankful that some things are still working. We are surrounded by fire….not just here locally but everywhere in a 150 mile radius is on fire. Gear is going down. Please be patient as things get restored. It could be awhile. Meanwhile, so far, internet is working and so is text messaging.

Good morning. We are aware that there are calling issues from cell phone to landline and such. Our switch is up and working but the calls route out to tandems in Pendleton and Durkee....and those are down due to fire. Please be as patient as possible. Lumen/Century Link can not even get into repair anything until the fire activity slows. Cell phone to cell phone still works and may be your best bet at this time. Thank you!

We hope everyone enjoys Eagle Valley Days. The parade was fantastic, great job to all who put it on. Make sure you go to the park to support the local vendors who help make this happen and enjoy some fun games and food. Great weekend for our little community
