Utility crew has been killing it this week at the Port of Walla Walla in Burbank. We’ve installed 600’ of pressure sewer so far, including several utility crossings, two rail spur crossings, and a road crossing using a missile to avoid traffic control shutdowns! The next 600’ is smooth sailing! The Elevate team is wrapping up strong before the holidays!

In and out—that’s what we do! This week, we tackled a fun project that added some variety to our schedule. We installed a 4” sewer service by coring into a 16” concrete sewer main and stubbing it into the property for future use when the lot is developed.

With asphalt season quickly coming to an end, it was critical to get this done on time—and our team delivered! From saw-cutting and demoing the asphalt, handling traffic control, making the tap, running the service line and marker board, to backfilling, compacting, prepping, and completing the asphalt patch, we finished this entire project in just one day.

We are looking for several full-time positions to fill as our company continues to grow and adapt. We seek high achievers and hardworking team members with a growth mindset to join our team. We are looking for:

Operators

• Dozer Hands: Skilled at reading grading plans and bringing them to life. We need those who know their way around a dozer and can run grade the old-school way.
• Pay: Depending on experience. CDL is a bonus and more money!
• Excavator Hands: Experienced in safely and effectively working around utilities and pipe laying. We seek those who can see pipe in the ground before it’s even there.
• Pay: Depending on experience. CDL is a bonus and more money!

Foreman

• We are looking for the best leaders who can turn plans into reality, direct the crew, and manage the job on a day-to-day and week-to-week schedule. Must have experience in dirt and pipe works.
• Pay: Depending on experience. Includes a company truck.

General Laborers

• Hardworking individuals eager to learn and grow within the company. We want the toughest workers willing to work hard and learn from the best.
• Pay: Depending on Experience
