This week we had the pleasure of hosting our crews up north for an Employee Appreciation Dinner at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino.

The evening was all about thanking our employees for their hard work, dedication to quality, and the commitment they bring to Paramount every day. Aric had the opportunity to share a little about Paramount's history, recognize the incredible work our teams are doing, and reinforce the importance of making safety a priority in every task, every day.

Of course, it wasn't all business! The team enjoyed a great meal, yard games, plenty of laughs, and the chance to reconnect with coworkers we don't get to see nearly as often.

We truly appreciate every member of our team and everything they do to help make Paramount successful. Thank you for all your hard work—we're already looking forward to the next opportunity to get everyone together!

Chuck Wass and his crew have been busy setting fiber pedestals in Seven Bays—the connection points where our mainline fiber and customer drops come together to help bring reliable service to the community.

Last Thursday, we had a great time at our Paramount Night with the Tri-City Dust Devils! ⚾

It was wonderful seeing our employees, friends, and family members come together for an evening of baseball, food, laughter, and good company in the AutoZone area.

At Paramount, we know that our success is built on more than just the work we do—it’s built on the people behind it and the families who support them every day. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a fun night!
