First Community Bank was proud to have Kathy Crotts, Hillsville Branch Manager, participate in the 4th Annual Health & Safety Fair at the VFW in Hillsville, VA, on Wednesday, September 16.

Kathy shared valuable information with members of the community about scams and fraud, providing helpful tips and resources to help protect individuals and their finances. 💰🔒

We’re always proud to have our team members out in the community, sharing knowledge and helping our neighbors stay informed and financially protected!

First Community Bank was proud to be represented by Kathy Crotts, Hillsville Branch Manager, at the 2026 Career Fair at Carroll County High School in Hillsville, VA on September 3!

Kathy enjoyed connecting with students and sharing the many exciting career opportunities available in the banking industry—helping spark an interest in the next generation of future bankers!

This career fair was extra special for Kathy, as she was joined by two of her great-nieces, Makayla Hancock and Kenzie Harris, who are both members of the CCHS Junior Class.

Friday Night Lights with FCB!

On Friday, September 4, during the PikeView vs. Liberty football game, the FCB Athens Branch was proud to sponsor Friday Night Lights and support our local student-athletes and community!

Before kickoff, we had the opportunity to feed the football, band, and cheerleading athletes and help get everyone ready for game night. We also enjoyed giving away FCB footballs and FCB PikeView T-shirts, created by Kirk and Company of Princeton, to the home crowd! 🎉

And congratulations to Katrina Billings, the lucky PikeView fan who won a fantastic FCB basket!

We were proud to be part of such a fun night and to support the students, families, and community through opportunities like this.
