Last week we explored why self-love matters, but what are ways you can practice and put it into ✨ action✨? It's important to make sure we are taking care of our bodies & emotional well-being, by doing activities that make us healthier individuals. Here are a few self-care practices that will help you.

1. Practice mindfulness: Take a few minutes each day to relax and reduce stress. This can include meditation, deep breathing exercises, or taking a walk-in nature.

2. Prioritize sleep: Create a bedtime routine that allows you to prepare for a restful night's sleep. This can include avoiding screens before bed, creating a comfortable sleep environment, and practicing relaxation techniques.

3. Engage in regular exercise: Find an exercise routine that you enjoy, whether it's yoga, running, dancing, or any other form of movement. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
