Some good tips I am learning while trying to expand my Network. What other tips do you have that work for you?

1. Don't obsess about seniority.
2. Keep it brief but personal in first message.
3. Ask for advice and take advantage of transitions.
4. Pay it forward.

These are all things I know but sometimes it is hard to put into practice.

People earlier in their careers are more likely to respond to direct messages.
