** $250,000 contract with the United States Air Force
** contract with NASA- coaching and training (One of my favorite quotes from a NASA leader was, "This has been the best leadership course in my career.")
** multiple contracts with the United States Army (Virginia National Guard)
** multiple contracts with the United States Navy (I have been to Hawaii several times providing leadership seminars to Navy personnel.)

I had an Intentional Dialogue learning session with NASA leaders on last Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. There was an incredible amount of extra pressure for this session because it is a pilot program.

I finally received all evaluation surveys this morning and some comments are provided below:

We have held three learning sessions in the last 30 days with the great men and women of the Virginia Army &Air National Guard. Learning Session #1: "How To Communicate with Professionalism & Tact." Learning Sessions #2: "Federal Employee Manager & Supervisor Training." Learning Session #3, held just last week, "Managing Multiple Priorities, Strategies to Overcome Procrastination, and Achieving Your Goals!"

Back in February, I delivered a learning session to NASA leaders. Coaching sessions were also included in the contract and the sessions concluded in March.

Well on yesterday, I received an email from one of our NASA leaders telling me they applied the coaching recommendations I provided and have been getting great results!

We are with another 25 NASA leaders in August and 25 more in September.
