Mother’s Day came and went… but moms still need care today. 🌿
The flowers fade.
The brunch ends.
But the mental load, the exhaustion, and the constant giving often remain.
This is your reminder that you do not have to wait for a holiday to deserve rest.
Real care should be ongoing.
Intentional.
Sustainable.
So today, check in with yourself too, mama. 🤍

There’s something I see on my table… that moms don’t say out loud.

They come in saying they’re tired.
But what I feel is how much they’ve been holding.

Stress.
Emotion.
Responsibility.
Everything.

And sometimes, their body doesn’t release it until they finally feel safe enough to.

That moment… when they realize they don’t have to carry it all?

That’s the work.

If you’ve been holding more than you realize… this is your sign to put it down 🤍

I hold space for that at Lamha Cumasach.

Mom Talk Monday is back… but this time, we’re doing things differently.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about finally exhaling.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, touched out, or constantly “on”…
this space is for you.

And if you’re ready for deeper support, my table is open 🤍

We’re not going into this new season carrying stress we were never meant to hold. 🌿
After hosting the Mom Reset Circle, one thing is clear…
Moms don’t need more to do — we need space to be.
To breathe.
To soften.
To come back to ourselves.
If you missed the live, this is your reminder:
You can reset at any moment. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be intentional.
And if you’re craving deeper support… that’s exactly what I hold space for inside my practice. 🤍
✨ This is your invitation to rest, be cared for, and feel like yourself again.

Mom Talk Monday 🤍
For the past several weeks, we’ve been talking about what mothers carry — the invisible load, the tension in the body, the quiet exhaustion that builds when you’re always the one holding everything together.
And as we move into a new season…
this is your reminder:
You don’t have to carry all of that with you.
You don’t have to move into spring with your nervous system still braced.
This week, we gather for the Mom Reset Circle — a calm, guided space where mothers can soften, breathe deeply, and begin to reset.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just support.
✨ We meet Thursday evening.
Spots are intentionally limited.
If your body has been asking for this, you can trust that.
Reserve your spot through the link in my bio 🤍

Sometimes we say “I’m fine” simply because it feels easier than explaining how heavy things actually feel.
The constant responsibility.
The quiet tension in the body.
The pressure to keep showing up strong.
So many mothers carry more than anyone realizes.
That’s part of why I created the Mom Reset Circle — a gentle space where moms can step out of survival mode for a moment and simply breathe.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just a place to soften.
If you felt something stir when you heard about it last week, that feeling is worth paying attention to.
✨ There is still space to join us.
Registration link is in my bio.

From survival to softness 🤍
For the past eight weeks, Mom Talk Monday has been about what mothers carry — physically, emotionally, and quietly.
And the truth is, so many of us have normalized tension.
But healing doesn’t have to wait for a breaking point.
I’m opening registration for my first Mom Reset Circle — a live, guided space for mothers to exhale, release stress, and receive support without needing to give anything back.
This is for the moms who are tired of holding everything together alone.
You deserve softness too.
✨ Registration is now open. Link in bio.

Love without limits often turns into exhaustion.
This week’s Mom Talk Monday is about boundaries — not walls, not withdrawal — but gentle limits that protect your nervous system.
So many moms are running on empty because they believe being loving means being endlessly available.
But sustainable love requires space.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, irritable, or quietly resentful… your body may be asking for a boundary.
💬 What’s one small boundary that would bring you more peace this week?
