Recent Customer Spotlight:
My customer had gone to a local phone repair shop for help with unlocking a phone with a PIN Code that he didn’t know. The phone previously belonged to a family member that recently passed away and he wanted the pictures for memories. Repair shop didn’t do that and referred him to me.
Over 2 appointments I was able to figure out a way to get the pictures from the cloud using another device tied to the Gmail account on the locked phone. We reset the Gmail password, used Google Photos and found the pictures, transferred the pictures to his phone, then with the pictures safe I factory reset the locked phone so it could be used again.
Most would have given up but I didn’t. Do you have a tech guy who cares in your life?
