We are solving for a world where organizations are driven by Love for people — improving outcomes for shareholders, employees, customers and members of communities-at-large.

To lead with love is to refuse to leave the outcome of our lives and leadership to chance.

What does Love as a KPI in action look like?

Its evident in what we prioritize and optimize. For a Product Manager it is choosing what genuinely adds value to the user, over speed .

Love, operationalized through your products, services, experiences, leadership, and culture, becomes a powerful differentiator that will only grow in importance in the age we are entering.

The real bottom line is evident in one question: how did we leave people after they interacted with us? Not just satisfied or dissatisfied, but how did that interaction change them?

Because it does change them, one way or another.

Most business strategies focus on external tactics, but lasting results are inside-out. It starts actually with the leader.

How a leader thinks, prioritizes, and operates from within is often the hidden driver behind strategic and operational outcomes.

Our hesitation with tough feedback often stems from how we fear being perceived.

The loving thing to do may be more difficult or uncomfortable, but it’s often the most transformative.

Speaking at the business of the common good conference this week on ‘customer service as an opportunity for transformation.’

I’ll be making the case for why it’s one of the highest-leverage places to operationalize love for people (it’s for reasons beyond the obvious).

If you deploy AI before defining your values, AI will define your culture for you.

It’s tempting to rush into an strategy because of the fear of falling behind, but speed without clarity is costly chaos.

If you haven’t explicitly defined what’s non-negotiable about how people should be left, AI and as a consequence your culture will default to efficiency, speed, and output.

Your AI strategy should be downstream of your values. Not the other way around.

In this video, I walk through the three questions you should answer as a leader before deploying one more AI tool.

The keynote conversation at the Women in Construction Conference on Monday March 2nd will span a range of topics, including defining moments, resilience, authenticity, and impact.

These are important ideas, but I believe they become most meaningful when viewed in the context of a person’s purpose.

Your purpose provides the framework for how you lead, how you make decisions, and how you treat the people around you. For me, it consistently comes back to two things: how people see and treat themselves, and how they see and treat others. Nearly everything else, including my defining moments, the need for resilience, what authenticity means, and how I define impact, flows from there.

This conference has been intentionally designed for women in the construction industry. Come ... with even a faint sense of your purpose. What you hear will sharpen it, strengthen it, and equip you to lead with greater clarity and impact.

What if the way you drove results also built confidence, dignity, and purpose in everyone connected to your organization?

Love as a KPI is a disciplined way of delivering results that also leave people better off.

The very first post I made on ‘Love as a KPI’ on LinkedIn was one of the scariest things I had done.

It seems silly in retrospect but it felt so consequential at the time. I suppose it was, just not in the way I thought.

Then my thoughts circled. Does this make sense? What will others think? That version of me was unsettled, yet knew I had to stay in the discomfort.

Each milestone since, the first post, recording videos, talking about a book, then actually writing one, each felt insurmountable before the first step.

Courage is not the absence of fear. It is what happens when you move anyway. Then you conquer. Then you move on.

To know me is to know this is not about speaking for the sake of it. For me, this is a matter of conviction and clarity. I truly believe that love for people should be central to business strategy and that it can practically be the case.

And so now that I have shared it, written it, and published it, I will start to teach it.

Becoming the kind of leader who cares, even when systems fall short. That’s the real work.
