Happy SBDC Day!!!
When we say we go hard about how amazing our clients are, we’re not exaggerating— look at Ms. Tawann Scott of on the cover of our 2023 profiles for the state network!

A Southside Richmond native, Tawann’s beauty supply store opened in October 2021. With help from our Assistant Director Charese Chambers, she received guidance, support, and the “push” she needed to eventually secure a business loan from Bridging Virginia.

We are so proud of Tawann, and so excited to see her vision continue to grow!
