These two never stopped smiling! Even though their wedding was during the most rainy month of the year, with storms on the doorsteps of their venue (we literally watched the storms pass on the outskirts of the farm), the rain held off and their day was beautiful!

Yesterday we added a new sister to the family! I love being part of surprises, I get all nervous and jittery with excitement. I connected with Alex from day one and was always secretly hoping she'd become part of the family. Now I get to call her sister, and I couldn't be more happy for them both.

I am so excited to share this new little family! Amy and I became friends years ago and I am so happy our new adventures brought us back together. This little man is so blessed to have such wonderful parents who absolutely adore him.

I can't believe that this sweetheart is already 1! It feels like just yesterday when her mom told us she was expecting. Wow, has time flown by but what a blessing she is! Happy First Birthday Adele!

Today I get to brag on my husband a little bit... With what I was afraid to be our last snow, (not to mention I love snow pictures) I couldn't help but get excited over possibly getting in some portraits. With me only giving him a couple tips, my husband shot these great images! See he does have some creativity. I'm so proud of him cause I know he was way out of his comfort zone. But didn't he do an amazing job for his FIRST ever shoot??? I think I might hire him...

I couldn't have imagined a better way to close out a great year then with this adorable couple. I had a wonderful time exploring Old Town Arlington. We were even surprised when a sweet homeowner, who caught us taking pictures next to his beautiful gate, opened up his gorgeous little back yard. I couldn't have imagined a more classically beautiful place to take pictures, and this couple rocked it!
