Why are rural communities seeing so much data center interest? On Thursday, June 25, Senior Vice President Jim Damicis, Director of Industry and Workforce Alexandra Tranmer, CEcD, and Tug Hill Commission Planning Director Matthew Johnson, AICP, will present a free webinar that will answer that and many other data center questions.

Housing development in rural communities, small towns, and micropolitan areas comes with unique constraints not seen in larger markets, including:

🏀🎉 March Madness is just around the corner, and we are excited to be sponsoring the 12th Annual Bollinger Foundation Bracket Challenge along with the International Economic Development Council, Southern Economic Development Council, Ronnie L. Bryant, CEcD, FM, HLM, GIS WebTech, TPMA, Winner Partners, and Community Growth Strategies, LLC!

This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 for The Bollinger Foundation, which provides funding grants for the education and emotional/mental health support of children who have lost a parent. Priority is given to families in which one or both parents work in , , or housing.
