Attention MAS contractors: GSA has released new guidance on the expansion of Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), providing key dates and compliance timelines.

For contracts transitioning to TDR between October 1, 2025, and July 1, 2026, GSA has established a Grace Period through December 31, 2026. During this time, contractors may receive "soft flags" for reporting discrepancies, but compliance penalties will not apply.

GSA also announced six-month Trial Periods for several newly required reporting fields, giving contractors additional time to update their systems and reporting processes.

Beginning January 1, 2027, TDR compliance will become subject to enforcement action. Learn more in GSA's latest Interact post: https://hubs.la/Q04kPmfD0
