It is so easy to find excuses as to why we cannot take care of ourselves. I challenge you all, my wonderful clients – to find a way to squeeze in a bit of Pilates & MELT into your daily life. This was todays successful way of pausing my current "distraction" so I could get in some much needed reformer time. How are you finding time to take care of your body?
