Stolen dog

CRIME INSIDER - JUST RETURN IT

My name is Tessie Thomas. I live in Fairfield. My husband and my dog Roscoe went for for a short walk around the back of the building of where I live. he turned around for a second and someone stole my dog. Others informed us that someone is hiding my dog in their apartment not too far from where I live. My children who are 6, 5, and 3 just want our dog back. He is a brown and white chihuahua and rat terrier mix he has white paws. he only weighs about 12 lbs. I am encouraging whoever has my dog to please return him.

Family members and investigators continue hoping she is located safely as the search remains active.
