🎉 We are excited to introduce Dr. Victoria Hampton as the new Director of Instruction for Brunswick County Public Schools! 🎉

Dr. Hampton holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Virginia Union University, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Capella University. With her strong background in designing and implementing effective instructional programs, she is dedicated to fostering collaboration between schools, families, and communities to support student success.

Dr. Hampton brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our district, having served in various roles such as Teacher, National Professional Development Specialist, Instructional Specialist, Academic Interventionist, and Assistant Principal at Lakemont Elementary School in Petersburg, Virginia. Most recently, she served as Principal of Maymont Preschool in Richmond, where she provided exceptional leadership in Curriculum Development, Personnel Management, and Community Engagement initiatives.
