* Counsel to or management of annual campaign
* Training, planning, and evaluation of program
* Program reviews, guidance on systems, and expansion of resources
* Phonathon start up, training, and analysis
* Suggest strategies for segmentation and solicitation techniques based on donor trends for over all program growth
Prospect Research:
* Creation and implementation of a prospect research system (records/filings & ratings)
* Staff training on the basics of prospect research (electronic, screening, etc.)
* Create donor profiles for clients based on capacity and inclination
* Provide research on funding sources for potential programs and outreach efforts
* Guide management through screening process (selection of vendor, analysis of results, and next steps)
* Creation and implementation of a moves management system
