🪙 Coin Claims Services Technology Initiative
As Coin Claims Services continues to grow, we are investing heavily in technology designed to improve the experience for our homeowners, contractor partners, and team.
Our goal is to build a more connected claims environment where communication, claim activity, phone calls, documentation, funding, assignments, estimating, negotiations, and performance data all work together instead of being spread across disconnected systems.
Some of the capabilities we are working toward include:
🪙 Claim updates automatically reaching the right people as important milestones occur
🪙 Better real-time communication between our team and contractor partners
🪙 Phone calls automatically connected to the correct claim file
🪙 AI-generated call summaries, notes, and follow-up items documented directly within the claim history
🪙 Automated alerts when a claim needs attention or action
🪙 Better visibility into inspections, estimating, negotiations, approvals, construction contracts, depreciation, and funding
🪙 Smarter claim assignment and workflow management based on location, licensing, experience, capacity, and claim type
🪙 Stronger tracking of communication so important information is less likely to get buried in emails, texts, or individual conversations
🪙 Advanced analytics around settlement amounts, approval rates, claim cycle times, insurance carriers, Public Adjuster performance, engineer firm and carrier adjuster feedback/analytics, and other important metrics
🪙 More automation of repetitive administrative work so our team can spend more time actually moving claims forward
For our referral partners, the goal is greater transparency, faster communication, fewer unnecessary follow-ups, and a clearer understanding of what is happening with the claims we are handling together.
For homeowners, it means a more organized process, better communication, and a team equipped with better information throughout the life of the claim.
For our team, it means having the tools and data necessary to identify problems earlier, prioritize claims that need attention, reduce repetitive work, and continue improving how we operate.
Technology will never replace the experience, judgment, negotiation, and advocacy required to properly handle an insurance claim.
It should make the people doing that work significantly more effective.
We are building the infrastructure Coin Claims Services will need for the next stage of our growth, and we are excited about what that means for the people and organizations we serve.
🚀 Building for where we are going, not just where we are today.
