The Change Decision concept began in 2012 when Founders Roxanne Brown and Ed Cook first collaborated on a project while working at a Fortune 500 company. Each bringing their respective Change Management and Decision Analytics backgrounds, they quickly found a natural ability to problem solve and inspire. Then three. And so on — until the time was ripe to venture into entrepreneurship a

nd expand their reach. Now, they’re guiding businesses and nonprofits through transformational change that helps everyone come out ahead. Not that they see this as work — inspiring teams into action is simply a product of their DNA.
