As a fully remote team, we came together for Fringe Fest 2025 at Moon River Ranch in Texas, where we kayaked🛶, rode horses🏇, went on a safari tour🦓, and even solved a Gold Rush mystery adventure⭐️!

From unforgettable activities to meaningful connection, this retreat brought our culture to life in the best way.

Initially joining Fringe as an intern in our earliest days, Jodie quickly found her specialty and has been a driving force behind our successful new client implementations throughout her 4 years at Fringe.

Whether it’s integrating new systems or guiding clients through the technical maze, Jodie has it covered 😎

"I love to travel and explore different cities and countries, and Fringe as both a product and employer has allowed me to do that. I can utilize our unlimited PTO policy to take time off for trips AND use Fringe credit to cover the costs of flights, hotels, and Ubers while I'm traveling. Earlier this month we wrapped up an incredible retreat with our most geographically dispersed teams, the Product & Engineering and Marketplace Experience teams! 🤩

It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate in-person at our RVA Clubhouse, and we love how everyone came together to tackle exercises and challenges as a cohesive unit.

We were also honored to host our Advisor and guest speaker, Christian Idiodi, who inspired us with fresh perspectives and valuable insights on the Product Operating Model.

From brainstorming innovative ideas to strengthening our connections, every moment was filled with creativity and teamwork.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this retreat a success!

We're excited to see how we’ll turn these discussions into action as we continue to drive our projects forward.
