Petite Sweets by Skyler I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a major in Baking and Pastry. I have experience working in various restaurants and bakeries.

Please message me with any order inquiries! I am a wish child with the Make a Wish Foundation. I had a wish granted on
December 9th, 2011. My wish was to work with the Walt Disney World pastry
chefs during the holiday season. I was sous chef to Chef Ellen and Chef Jade
at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. I decorated a gin gerbread house
while Chef Ellen did demonstrations for the guests visiting the hotel and I
decorated gingerbread ornaments with Chef Jade when I finished decorating
the house.
