Friends, can I trouble you for your help on something?

I've got a free training I'm holding next week, aimed at both managers, and managers-of-managers.

My ad is performing well but my registration page is not. What do you like and not like about the registration page? How should I tweak it to make it either more compelling or less repelling? :-)
