RECLAIM of Washington is a property damage mitigation company that is seeking a qualified individual who can perform in the role of an Administrative Response Coordinator. This is a management/supervisory/production labor position that requires minimum levels of certification and experience within the property damage mitigation industry (commonly referred to as the restoration industry).
Pay: $20.00/hour plus benefits (monthly HAS contribution, paid time off, profit-sharing).
Hours: Generally four 10 hour days with occasional overtime from after-hour on-call duty. Schedule is Monday -- Thursday for 12 weeks then switches to Thursday -- Sunday for 12 weeks; reoccurring every 24 weeks.
Qualifications: IICRC Certification in WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT (or equivalent levels of certification). Staff management experience. Outstanding Customer Service essential. Clean driving record. Xactimate certification and/or familiarity beneficial. Fluent in the English language. Physically capable to work in confined spaces and within a wide variety of property damage situations related to water, mold, fire, smoke and some bio-hazard. Must be presentable in such a manner as to install trust with customers. Good team leader.
Disqualifications: Criminal history, physical limitations that will interfere with the use of personal protective equipment, offensive hygiene (body odor, ni****ne odor, poor dental maintenance, etc.).
Job Description: Introduce company to potential customers. Estimate mitigation services required to perform all necessary property damage mitigation services related to properties damaged by water, mold, fire, smoke and limited bio-hazard. Physically perform above mention services. Coordinate sub-contractors for specialized services (if necessary). Supervise staffing for such projects. Keep accurate records (written/photographic) of projects and progress. Maintain communication with all involved parties (customer, staff, centers-of-influence, contractors, etc.) associated with projects. Additional duties as necessary.
