He has no credentials, no certifications, and no idea what we do. He has attended more meetings than most of the team and contributed to none of them. He greets every visitor like they came specifically to see him, which is usually true.

The airport wifi is free. The hotel lobby network is free. The cafe one only asks for your email.

Most of the time, nothing happens. That's exactly why it's easy to stop thinking about it.
