Custom Security Specialists is in search of a new Customer Service Manager/Dispatcher

Tasks include:
- customer relations with our homeowners and business partners
- dispatching technicians for service and jobs
- Follow up on service tickets and billing
- equipment ordering & receiving
- programming of security systems and cellular communicators
- technical troubleshooting with customers on issues with Security systems and Fire alarms
- entering new customers and jobs into database
- project management
