This property was in need of a major transformation. We tackled overgrown weeds, drainage issues, deteriorated gravel areas, and an old concrete slab — then finished it off with a fresh hydroseeded lawn!

🔨 WHAT WE DID:

• Cleared and cleaned up the overgrown lot and heavy weeds
• Removed weeds growing through existing gravel
• Regraded the property to improve water runoff and drainage
• Installed French drains to help mitigrate and redirect problem water
• Removed an old concrete slab
• Harley raked and regraded existing gravel, removing unwanted weeds and debris
• Cut and removed sections of existing gravel where needed
• Hauled in fresh screened topsoil to create a quality growing base
• Hydroseeded the entire new lawn for a fresh, uniform start
• Removed an old pea gravel flower bed and wood border
• Converted the old flower bed area into additional lawn
• Touched up several bare areas using extra material we had on hand
• Compacted the existing gravel with a vibratory roller to lock everything in and create a solid, stable base
• Completed a full jobsite cleanup to leave the property looking clean and finished
