Seeking HR Assistant / Payroll Assistant
APA Solar is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated HR Assistant to join our team! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources. We will consider a current HR student or HR intern looking to gain hands-on experience in a growing company.

What You’ll Do
Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related data entry
Perform general HR data entry and recordkeeping
Work with Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and maintain HR information
Pull and prepare basic reports and documentation for SOX compliance
Assist the Recruiter with scheduling interviews and onboarding documentation
Help maintain employee files and HR documentation
Assist with onboarding and other basic HR activities
