I’ve been a little quiet here lately… 🤍

Between my kids, work, family, and everything life brings, my schedule has been very busy. I needed to take a little time away from posting and being online.

But I’ve realized something…

Just like anything in life, 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐘𝐎Ù 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅, 𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋 𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃. 😅

Whether it’s yoùr business, yoùr goals, yoùr fitness, or simply a routine yoù once had—it takes that first stèp to get moving again.

So here I am… getting back into my rhythm. 💻✨

I’m still building.

I’m a lover of this beautiful weather, and honestly, I can’t believe how fast it’s going. One minute we’re welcoming summer, and suddenly we’re wondering where the time went. 🌸

And that’s exactly how LIFE works.

You keep saying:

“Someday…”
“When the time is right…”
“When I’m ready…”
“Maybe next year…”

But TIME DOESN’T WAIT. ⏰

One day yøu may look back and ask yourself:

“Why didn’t I start sooner?”

How many times have we told ourselves, “I’ll start when I’m ready”?

When we know more.
When we have more confidence.
When the timing is perfect.
When everything finally falls into place.

But here’s the truth: yoù don’t become confident and then take the leap. Yoù take the leap, and confidence grows along the way. 💫

There have been so many moments when I wasn’t completely sure of myself. I didn’t have all the answers. I didn’t know exactly how everything would turn out.

But I chose to move forward anyway.

Because courage isn’t about having no fear.
Courage is refusing to let fear make yoùr decisions. 🤍

Sometimes the biggest change in yoùr life begins with one small decision to stop waiting and simply START.

One of the things I love most about working for myself is having the flexibility to choose when and where I work.

Working from home gives me more time to be present with my family, while also making time for myself and my well-being. 🤍

I can fit in my workouts, take care of what matters most, and still build something I’m passionate about. 💪🏼✨

For me, this flexibility is more than a business benefit—it’s a lifestyle I’m grateful for. 🌸

And honestly… it’s SO worth it! 🤍✨
