For the past two years, Brody has been an important part of the J&J Enterprise Holdings team, helping manage construction projects, coordinate subcontractors, solve problems in the field, and keep projects moving forward from start to finish. Brody brings a strong work ethic, reliability, confidence, and a genuine sense of ownership to his role. Great teams are built beyond the office.

We recently traded the day-to-day for a day on the trails, and we had a pretty good time doing it! It was a great way to step away and connect as a team.

As our Office Administrator, Kelsey brings incredible talent, innovation, and dedication to our team. She is intelligent, hardworking, kind, and always willing to share her knowledge, support her coworkers, and help others succeed.

It’s hard to believe I’ve already been part of the J&J team for three years. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships that have come from being part of this company. I truly enjoy the work I do and feel fortunate to be surrounded by people who make coming to work each day something I look forward to.

Over the past three years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in my role, take on new challenges, and continue learning from the amazing people around me. One of the things I value most is being part of a team that supports each other, takes pride in what we do, and is always looking for ways to improve.

It has been so rewarding to watch J&J grow and to play a small part in that journey.
