Job Summary
Under the direction of the warehouse supervisor, oversee and participate in the shipping, storing, receiving, inventory control of product. Serves as a lead to hourly warehouse employees. Train and provide work direction and guidance through coaching and feedback. Operate forklift and/or various equipment to load, unload, move, locate, stack and count product.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Leadership
• Lead hourly warehouse employees by coaching and teaching procedures and processes
• Maintain productive performance
• Partner with inbound and outbound coordinators on loads
• Assign work assignments
• Determine product placement
• Use the SAP system/warehouse system

Operate forklift with or without slip sheet or other specified equipment in and around the warehouse.
• Complete maintenance checklist daily
• Load and Unloads shipment
• Transport product to and from dock/bay/locations
• Safe and efficient operation of the equipment

Manually handle product
• Unload product from container by hand
• Pick, pull and label product for shipping
• Put away product in location
• Wrap product for transport to location, storage and/or shipping 25%
• Adheres to quality and customer service standards set by the company
• Knowledge of the scanning process, including handheld scanning
• Operates parcel computer
• Completing all required paperwork
• Reading and identifying product and locations
• Reading, understanding, using and following information on orders, equipment, and procedures
• Maintaining a clean safe work environment
• Follow internal controls and company policies
• Leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Able to learn SAP program
• Ability to read and write numbers and letters
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
• 1-year previous forklift experience
• Experience leading a team
• Excellent attendance record

Environmental Factors
• Exposer to weather and temperatures range from cold to hot
• Noise level can be moderate to high

Essential Physical Demands
• Frequently: Standing, Bending, Lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)
• Reaching/ Climbing/Gripping/Kneeling/Crouching/Twisting
• Push/Pull to move boxes
