Winter Services a branch of Brightview Snow Services is the Tri-State areas premier Snow & Ice Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter to fill our Talent Scout position. You will be responsible for sourcing, locating and identifying ideal candidates to work at Winter Services during the upcoming winter season.

• Are you a “boots on the ground” type of person?
• Do you have an outgoing, “go-get-em” personality?

• Are you well spoken, comfortable talking to people, engaging with strangers?
• Do you want to be out looking for our new Snow Warriors throughout New Jersey?

This job pays $20/hour, plus a bonus for each new hires that you bring aboard for the Winter.

You will need to be looking for individuals whose jobs may become stagnant during the winter season and are available to work for us in the meantime. Assistance during New Hire Orientations may be required from you; as well as help to schedule employees for snow events throughout the season. This position reports directly to Human Resources.

Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Experience finding seasonal/temporary employees, a plus
Experience with blue collar individuals, a plus
Organized, Dependable, Able to follow through
Ability to work under pressure and firm deadlines
Have a valid clean, Driver’s License
You must pass a background check (criminal & driving record) and a drug screen
Able to lawfully work in the USA

Year-round/full-time job- Warehouse Assistant

• General cleaning of grounds/maintenance
• General landscape work
• Washing of all equipment
• Lifting 50lb bags of rock salt for restocking
• Driving trucks
• Sanding trucks with a grinder
• Lifting equipment in and out of trucks (snow blowers, salt spreaders)
• Chaining equipment down onto trucks so equipment can be transported and delivered
• During snow season, restocking trucks with salt bags (main job during snow season). On average lifting @650 lbs of salt bags to restock trucks after each snowstorm
• Shoveling snow, running snow blower
• Sweeping of shop floor
