Due to recent developments, RGC Wireless will need to close our local office to the public. As of May 29, 2026 customers will no longer have access to our office for payments and questions. Local service personnel will still be available to answer questions and take payments by phone at 956-278-0231. We regret that this has become necessary, but we don't see any other option at this point.

Payments can be made online at www.rgcwireless.com/payments, by mail to PO Box 231 Rio Grande City Tx. 78582, as well as by phone at 956-278-0231. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Service has been restored to all sites affected by the damaged tower in Alvarez Rd. If out are still experiencing problems, the repair line tech may need to make adjustments to the antenna your equipment connects to or possibly setup a repair order to check your home equipment.

Good Morning. The tower in Alvarez was completed yesterday. Many of the antennas for the tower have been installed, but all need to be aligned. That task will be worked today. Hopefully we will have a large percentage of the connections back up before end of day today. This is the longest outage we have ever had and it is due to the storm taking out a tower. This is also the only RGC Wireless tower that has ever fallen or even been damaged! We are working hard to get the service back to 100% as quickly and as safely as possible.

The damaged tower in Alvarez Rd. has been removed from the foundation pad. We have begun the construction of the new tower and look forward to restoring service as quickly as possible. Please be patient, our installers are overworked trying to restore service as quickly as is safely possible. Remember, this is TOWER work and it is dangerous! Our contractors safety is first priority. Restoring service comes next. We hope to get some level of service restored by late Wednesday or mid Thursday if all goes as planned.

Due to the recent storm, we have several outages. Many are due to power failures, but a few are due to a downed tower. Any customers affected should call the repair line in order to assess the cause of any problems. Please be patient while we rebuild the tower in the Alvarez Rd. Area.
