Steak and eggs before a workout and physical therapy because recovery requires protein and tons of patience😂

After my accident, I’m learning that taking care of myself has to be part of the schedule, not something I squeeze in after everything else.
Business owners will block off time for meetings, clients, invoices, and emails… but somehow forget to block off time for their own health.

Fellow business owners, remember you are just as important as your business, so take time for you!

Current me ... 330 lbs, down from 360lb.

I still have a long way to go, but I’m feeling happier, healthier, and more confident in the direction I’m headed. This journey is teaching me patience, discipline, and gratitude.

Lately I've found myself so thankful for the memories, the friends, and the moments that remind me what I’m working toward.
My goal is not to be perfect it’s to get back to a happier, healthier version of myself.

My brother was making chicken sandwiches and honestly, I’m not mad about having someone around who knows what they’re doing in the kitchen.

🤩 Growth is not only Physical, but Mental 🤩

After my accident, physical therapy has been a reminder that progress does not always happen quickly, but it still counts. Some days are harder than others, but I’m grateful to be moving, healing, and getting stronger one step at a time.

It’s going to be a long road, but I can do it. 🙏
