Sometimes underground drainage and downspouts just end up in the way. This was the case on this job when our friends at Precision Fence began their work. They called us as soon as they recognized the line was in the way and we sprang into action to reroute the downspout around the customers new concrete patio and out of the way of their gorgeous new fence. The customer wanted to add an additional yard drain to alleviate some of their surface water issues.

Recent Interior Demolition project to make way for a new AutoZone. we cleared this 8,000SF space in a week, the project entailed:

Acoustical Ceiling & Grid Removal
Lighting and Low Voltage Removal
VCT and LVP Flooring Removal (2 layers)
Existing Selective HVAC Demo

Dumpsters were provided by our friends at Junkbox Inc. to keep things on schedule. We are happy to report all recyclable materials were diverted from the landfill on this job. Our friends at HAULA Junk Removal teamed up with us to quickly and efficiently move the vast amount of debris from the building to the dumpsters.
