🍼New AAP guidelines state you can mix milk of different temperatures!! No more waiting for the freshly pumped bottle to cool and be combined with your session from earlier in the day!
🍼New AAP guidelines also no longer caution “the pitcher method”! You can gather all of your expressions or pumps from the day and combine them into one single container. No need to label the time they were pumped or keeping daytime and nighttime milk separate!

NO parent is supported very well once baby is out in this world. Regardless of the feeding journey they find themselves in. Many are forced back into the work place much too soon and once there it is a roll of the dice how compliant their employer will be.
This is why breastfeeding needs to be treated as a public health issue.
Coming together and supporting parents through this journey is how we will see an increase in our numbers, we need to do better.
