I was thinking this week about how fast the first quarter of the year flew by. It feels like we were just setting goals, talking about plans, and getting excited about what 2026 could look like—and now here we are already stepping into the second quarter.
Over the years, I’ve learned that this is a critical moment. The shop owners who take the time right now to really look at their numbers—the good, the bad, and the in-between—are the ones who finish the year strong. Not because everything went perfectly in Q1, but because they made the decision to adjust, refocus, and move forward with a plan.
I’ve had conversations with clients recently where a few small changes—just a shift in focus or a better understanding of their numbers—made a big difference in confidence and direction. That’s what I love about this process. It’s not about starting over… it’s about getting aligned and building momentum.
