Most businesses are obsessed with acquisition 👉🏾 how do I get more leads, more clicks, more customers?

What many don’t realize is they don’t have an acquisition problem, they have a retention problem (which is really an indication of a system problem).

Let’s break it down:

🔑 Retention keeps them engaged, buying, and referring.
🔑 Acquisition and retention systems allow you to do both at scale!

Retention often gets neglected because it requires strategy, consistent delivery of quality services, and being intentional about creating a memorable experience.

And although it’s not hard, it does require work to do it consistently and at scale.

If the goal is consistent revenue and a business that runs even when you’re not working, acquisition and retention need to work together!
