Local small environmental consulting firm seeks energetic person with the desire and ability to work in the environmental field. Duties include field work for wetland and water quality issues, endangered animal, and plant studies, monitoring and maintenance work for wetland mitigation and stormwater ponds, environmental audits, and laboratory field sampling. Must be able to work with chemicals and herbicides for Aquatic use. Must have excellent computer skills and people skills. Proper English speaking and written skills a must.Clean driving record required.
Requirements:

Minimum Associates College Degree in the Science Fields with 2+ years of experience in the environmental field.

Valid Florida Drivers License w/Clean Driving Record

MEI drug tests all employees and e-verifies through the I-9 forms

Full-Time Employment – 40 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years experience as a receptionist of a small-mid sized company. Candidate should be proficient in all secretarial responsibilities including answering phones, typing, travel arrangements, processing mail, filing, etc. The ideal candidate will have above average problem-solving skills, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Computer literacy in Word and Excel a must.

Full-time with limited benefits, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00.
