The 20-Minute Business Reset

Before the new week starts, give your business a reset.

Set a timer for 20 minutes and try this:

⏱️ 5 minutes: Review last week. What worked? What got stuck?
⏱️ 5 minutes: Check upcoming deadlines and appointments.
⏱️ 5 minutes: Identify customer inquiries or conversations that need attention.
⏱️ 5 minutes: Choose your top three priorities for the week.

You don’t need every detail figured out. You need a clear place to start.

Your Monday self deserves better than “Let’s see what happens.” 😂

Make It Easy to Become Your Customer

Someone finds your business online. They like what they see. Now what?

Your page should quickly answer:

🔹 Who is it for?
🔹 How does it help?
🔹 What should someone do next?

Try this simple introduction:

“We help [type of customer] with [specific need] so they can [desired outcome]. Here’s how to get started: [next step].”

Then check that your contact details and links actually work.

A confused customer may leave before asking a question. Your bio shouldn’t require a detective and a magnifying glass.
