Knollwood Baptist Retirement Community We are a 50 unit affordable living apartment complex for low income senior adults. We do business in Rent is income based on guidelines set forth by U.S.

Knollwood is owned and operated by the Alabama Baptist Retirement Centers and subsidized by HUD. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rent is calculated on gross income minus medical deductions paid out of pocket for the prior 12 months. All utilities are included with your rent. We charge $23 for basic cable.
