Knollwood Baptist Retirement Community We are a 50 unit affordable living apartment complex for low income senior adults. We do business in Rent is income based on guidelines set forth by U.S.

Knollwood is owned and operated by the Alabama Baptist Retirement Centers and subsidized by HUD. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rent is calculated on gross income minus medical deductions paid out of pocket for the prior 12 months. All utilities are included with your rent. We charge $23 for basic cable.

Knollwood Baptist Retirement Centers currently has available apartment vacancies. Applicants must be at least 62 years of age to qualify; however, individuals under the age of 62 may also be eligible if they are mobility impaired. There are five designated mobility apartments within the community.

I am a little late posting, but my friends Tim and Angela Jackson donated fried apple pies from Burger King to the residents at Knollwood. Angela came in and brought the pies while Tim drove the getaway car. Great friends that I love dearly! Thank you.
