We had a great time celebrating America’s 250th birthday at Knollwood! Dr. Butch Busby, the Chairman of Knollwood’s Board of Director’s attended and gave the invocation and a wonderful message about the history of our country. Mike Tyson led the Pledge of Allegiance. Tim Jackson, a retired Air Force guest speaker gave a wonderful message on the military and country. We recognized our residents who served in the military. Mr. Roy Tyson, Air Force, Mr. Oliver Tucker, Army and Mr. Terry Barnett, Navy. Tim Jackson was honored for his service in the Air Force. We ate, played games and everyone had a great time! Thanks to Eleana and Kylee for decorations. My assistant helpers were Kylee, Reece, Lauren and Luke! Thank you to Dr. Busby, Tim Jackson, and Ann!
