Who lives like this. I went to do a walk through after "Aminah" Tatyana Morris moved out. There are baby diapers in every corner, food dumped all over the unit and the kitchen speaks for itself. She wanted to renew her lease. LOL. I had to get bug bombs because of all the gnats and flies in the place. It is the most disgusting mess I have ever dealt with since I have had the rental units.
Day one of cleaning. 5 people worked 4 hours. Lynda Troutt Murphy Jeffrie Troutt Shrader Susan Smith, Ella Smith and Erin Rose Murphy. The dishwasher will have to be replaced. Pretty gross. Set off 8 bug bombs yesterday before I left and there were still flies and gnats. Kitchen was the worst mess ever. We threw all the pots and pans in the trash. There was no saving them. The lady used our white towels to clean baby p**p.
Back tomorrow for more fun and games.
New pots and pans and bake ware. All repairs have been made. Just need some touch up paint. Finished buying/replacing all we need. Dishwasher and Fridge to be delivered July 5. Just have to finish cleaning and put it back together. What a freaking mess she left us. Thanks to Joe & Becky Lucas for doing the repairs.
