Now you see it, now you don’t. Just wrapped up this in ground pool demo. Unfortunately for this pool it needed a lot of costly repairs so the customer decided to just get rid of it, and after trucking in around 200 ton of material through tight access, they are now left with a lot more usable yard space. Customer was having an issue with sinking around the foundation at the front of their house. Believed to be a combination of heavy water runoff because of clogged gutters, the grade of the landscape sloping toward the house instead of away from it and bad compaction when constructed. We were able to get the issue resolved by addressing these factors with the biggest thing, raising the grade and directing the water away from the foundation. And finally restoring the landscape and front yard from tracking the excavator across it. Contact us for a free estimate!

Another pad built in preparation for a 28'x24' pole building. Customer wanted stone installed in the mean time to park on until it gets built. Started a boulder job around a pond yesterday. Still more boulders to install on more of the pond edge and prep for a flat patio area. Also some tweaking to be done on the steps for an entry to the pond. The customer will be installing either river rock or mulch a few feet off of the boulders. More to come...

Full transformation from start to finish on a project that we started back in January is finally complete! We constructed a level pad so the builders could come in and put up the pole building. After the building was up and concrete was poured, moved back in to finish all the surrounding grading. Finally finishing it up with compacted asphalt millings and topsoil, seed and straw for the bank in front of the building! Contact us today for a free estimate.

On this project, the customer needed their back yard prepped and ready for the concrete contractor to pour this concrete pad. Stripped off all of the topsoil, dug trenches for rain leaders and hauled in all the stone necessary to accommodate the pad. Finally came back to backfill and spread topsoil along the edges to create a maintainable slope. Contact us today to get your project checked off the to do list!
