Providing basic personal care as needed , Assisting with personal grooming including ( baths, clothing , and linens, meal preparation, help worth food shopping . Companionship, administrating and medication distribution. Monitor patients medications and update health charts . Maintain communication with families and health care professionals regarding clients medical and emotional condition. Document and report any changes in clients health status and ensure the clients safety and well-being is the top priority.
