Thank you to Courtyard By Marriott Rochester Downtown for hosting a Wear your PINK Fundraiser, encouraging staff to wear pink and donate to the Breast Cancer Coalition. We also want to thank Kimberly Tanner for coordinating this effort. The event raised $300 for the Coalition, and we thank Kimberly and the Courtyard staff for their continual support!

We are excited to be part of the Marriott International system upgrade.
We will start with a new system on Monday, February 16th.
During Your Stay
· Mobile Check-in/out, Mobile Keys, Dining, Chat and Requests will be temporarily disabled and unavailable in the Marriott Bonvoy app beginning today, 2/13/26. Services will be turned back on Monday, 2/16/26.
· We have provided physical room keys and can provide more upon request.
· You can still call the front desk for any requests you’d typically send via chat in the app.
· Dining options are still available in person or via phone, but cannot be ordered in advance via the mobile app.
At Checkout
· If your stay crosses over the night of the system change, you will receive two folios when you check out: one from our old system and one from the new one.
· While we expect all Marriott Bonvoy points to post together upon checkout, crossover guests may see points post in two batches, with the second batch taking potentially 7-10 days to post. Thank you for your patience if this occurs.

As always, thank you for your loyalty!

We chose as our dress down day fundraiser. RRU is a grassroots organization which is home to the largest publicly available LGBTQIA+ book collection in the state of New York. We were also lucky enough to get a tour of their space!! Thanks for all the work you do in the community!
